EXTRACTION 2020
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from centenary olive groves of the indigenous Nocellara dell'Etna and Brandolfino cultivars, grown in terraced systems under organic cultivation in compliance with the Monte Etna DOP production regulations.
The extraction process takes place cold to preserve the organoleptic and nutraceutical properties of the olives unaltered.
